"Humble Bill" will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 63 years, Patricia, daughters; Laurie (Gord), Diana (Lorne), Susan (Bruce) and 8 grandchildren. Bill began his career as a Vancouver Firefighter in 1959 and retired a Battalion Chief in 1992, he spent many years involved in the Vancouver Firefight Union. Bill was a proud member of the Richmond Masonic Lodge 142 for over 50 years. He played football with the Vancouver Blue Bombers and rugby and lacrosse in Richmond. Bill helped start Richmond boy's football. He will be greatly missed.
