It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we have to report to you the line-of-duty death of Fire Fighter John D. McIvor, of IAFF Local 913, Kamloops, British Columbia. Brother McIvor died Thursday, August 30, 2001, from a heart attack. Brother McIvor’s funeral will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2001 at 1300 hours at the Riverside Coliseum, Kamloops, British Columbia. Fire Fighters attending funeral are asked to muster at 1200 hours.
