It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Captain Wayne Conlon, IAFF 3rd District Local 2583 –Dennis, Massachusetts. Brother Conlon, 68, passed away on Sep. 21, 2025, after succumbing to occupational cancer.



Visitation will be held on Sunday, Oct. 5, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Hallett Funeral Home, 273 Station Ave, South Yarmouth, Massachusetts 02664. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at the same location.
