It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Lieutenant Jeffrey Riley, IAFF 8th District Local 92 – Toledo, Ohio. Brother Riley, 64, passed away on May 30, 2025, after succumbing to occupational cancer.



Visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 4, from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Walter Funeral Home, 4653 Glendale Ave, Toledo, Ohio 43614. A celebration of life will take place on Thursday, June 5, at 1 p.m. at The Blarney Irish Pub, 601 Monroe St, Toledo, OH 43604.
