It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we have to report to you the line-of-duty death of Fire Fighter Michael P. Flynn of IAFF Local 2759-Newton, Massachusetts. Brother Flynn died on Wednesday, October 17, 2001 from cancer. Visitation for Brother Flynn will be held today, Friday, October 19, 2001, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., at Blackington Conroy Hayes, 1479 Washington Street, West Newton, Massachusetts 02465. The funeral will be held tomorrow, Saturday, October 20, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at Corpus Christy Church, 45 Ash Street, Auburndale, Massachusetts 02466.
