It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Fire Fighter Mark R. Day, IAFF 15th District Local 999 – Moncton, New Brunswick. Brother Day, 60, passed away on May 10, 2024, after suffering a medical emergency.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2024, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Fair Haven Funeral Home, 1177 Salisbury Rd, Moncton, NB E1E 3V9; phone: (506) 852-3530. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, May 20 at 4 p.m. at Moncton Wesleyan Church, 945 St. George Blvd, Moncton, NB E1E 2C9; phone: (506) 857-2293.
