It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Equipment Operator Karl Robert Blaedow, IAFF 5th District Local 2051, Brookfield, Wisconsin. Brother Blaedow, 52, passed away on June 29, 2022 after a battle with occupational cancer.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Salem Ev. Lutheran Church, 6840 N. 107th Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53224; phone: (414) 353-8141. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m.
