It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Battalion Chief John Garrow, IAFF 4th District Local 22, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Brother Garrow, 60, passed away on Feb. 19, 2024, after suffering a medical emergency.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, from 4-8 p.m. and Wednesday, March 13, 2024 from 9-11 a.m. at St. Cecelia Church, 535 Rhawn Street, Philadelphia, PA 19111; phone: (215) 725-1240. A funeral mass will follow on March 13 at 11:30 a.m. at the church. Internment will be held at 2 p.m. at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
