It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Lieutenant Tim Evans, IAFF 8th District Local 4119, Mount Prospect, Illinois. Brother Evans, 60, passed away on March 30, 2024 after succumbing to occupational cancer.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 3-8 p.m. at Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral Home 112 W. Main Street, Peotone, IL 60468; phone: (708) 258-6737. Funeral Services will be held at 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
