It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Lieutenant Kevin P. Ward, IAFF 8th District Local 2, Chicago, Illinois. Brother Ward, 58, passed away on August 28, 2023, from injuries sustained in a fire on Aug. 11, 2023.
