It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Lieutenant Jan Tchoryk, IAFF 8th District Local 2, Chicago, Illinois. Brother Tchoryk, 55, was killed while fighting a structural fire on Apr. 5, 2023.
