It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Lieutenant Shody Lee Henshaw, IAFF 11th District Local 624, San Antonio, Texas. Brother Henshaw, 52, passed away on February 11, 2022 from occupational cancer.

Biographical Comments
Shody Henshaw entered the San Antonio Fire Department's Training Academy as a Cadet with Class '98 Alpha. Shody distinguished himself in our subculture of "Alpha" personalities as a fitness enthusiast and connoisseur of life's finer items. Shody had a big personality which was only eclipsed by his insanely large muscles. Shody fought Occupational Cancer as few could but ultimately succumbed to this ruthless adversary.
Shody Lee Henshaw will be missed in our world. May God bless him and keep him.
