Engineer Skinner served the Orange County Fire Authority with distinction for over 25 years, joining our family in July of 1999, after serving honorably in the United States Navy. He was known for his warm personality and his ability to make everyone feel welcome.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Lucia and three children, Kate (17), Cierra (24), and Zachary (27).
