It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Lieutenant Joseph D. Mckee, IAFF 14th District Local 4066, Irondale, Alabama. Brother McKee, 50, passed away on March 14, 2023, after succumbing to an occupational cancer.

Visitation will be held on Fri., March 17, 2023, from 10-12 p.m. at Church of the Highlands - Grants Mill Campus, 4700 Highlands Way, Irondale, Alabama 35210; phone: (205) 980-5577. The funeral services will follow at 12 p.m. at the church.
