It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Captain Dustin Samples of IAFF Local 3748 - Cleveland, Tennessee. Brother Samples, 41, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020 from suicide related to a posttraumatic stress-related illness.
