It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Lieutenant Richard Pula, IAFF 9th District Local 858, Denver, Colorado. Brother Pula, 50, passed away on March 1, 2021 from Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.

Biographical Comments
Lieutenant Rich Pula lost his long battle with job-related cancer on March 1, 2021. Lt. Pula was hired on the Denver Fire Department on August 16, 2002 and left on cancer-related disability on July 16, 2018. Rich is survived by his wife Jennifer and two children, Bryce (14) and Leona (11).
