It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Assistant Chief Lance W. Caven, IAFF 6th District Local 2848, Langford, British Columbia. Brother Caven, 50, passed away on March 19, 2023, after succumbing to occupational cancer.
