It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Captain Troy Russell, IAFF 6th District Local 4457, West Kelowna, BC. Brother Russell, 53, passed away from brain cancer on September 25, 2018.

The funeral will be held at 12:00 PM on October 9, 2018 at the Royal LePage Arena, 2760 Cameron Road, West Kelowna, BC; phone 778-797-8800. A wake will immediately follow at the same location.
