It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Firefighter/EMT Jermaine A. Pelt, IAFF 8th District Local 2, Chicago, Illinois. Brother Pelt, 49, was killed while fighting a structural fire on Apr. 4, 2023.
