It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Fire Fighter Preston Robert Heinbigner, IAFF 13th District Local 867 – Winnipeg, Manitoba. Brother Heinbigner, 40, passed away on April 9, 2024 from suicide related to a post-traumatic stress-related illness.

A Funeral will be held in on Friday, April 19, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Springs Church, 595 Lagimodiere Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R2J 3X2; phone: (204) 233-7003.
