It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Firefighter/EMT Rodney J. Coles, IAFF 4th District Local 995, Richmond, Virginia. Brother Coles, 49, passed away on Aug. 3, 2023, after suffering a medical emergency.
