It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Lieutenant Phillip Castleberry, IAFF 14th District Local 4524, St. George, Louisiana. Brother Castleberry, 45, passed away on July 17, 2026, from occupational cancer.



Visitation will be held on Friday, July 24, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 865 Hatchell Lane, Denham Springs, Louisiana 70726. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 24 at 12 p.m. at the same location.
