It is with deepest regret and sorrow to report the line-of-duty death of Firefighter/EMT Thomas P. McDonough, IAFF 5th District Local 21, Saint Paul, MN. Brother McDonough, 28, succumbed to PTSD on August 24, 2020.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on September 1, 2020 at Mueller Memorial of St. Paul, 835 Johnson Parkway, Saint Paul, MN 55106; phone: (651) 774-9797. The funeral mass will be private.
