It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Fire Fighter/Engineer Gabriel Shamiya, IAFF 10th District Local 1965 –Mountain View, California. Brother Shamiya, 36, passed away on July 14, 2025, after succumbing to occupational cancer.



A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9 at 11 a.m. at the Marriott San Francisco Waterfront, 1800 Old Bayshore Hwy, Burlingame, California 94010.
