It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Fire Fighter Mathew M. Troy, IAFF 3rd District Local 718 – Boston, Massachusetts. Brother Troy, 32, passed away on June 12, 2024 after succumbing to occupational cancer.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024 from 3-7 p.m. at the Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Ave, Milton, MA 02186; phone: (617) 698-6264. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 22 at 10 a.m. at Divine Mercy Parish in Sacred Heart Church, 386 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA 02171; phone: (617) 328-8666.
