It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Fire Fighter Jeffrey Fiala, IAFF 10th District Local 1463 – Hawaiian Islands, Hawaii. Brother Fiala, 25, was killed while fighting a structural fire on Jan. 6, 2025.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025 at 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the Honolulu Fire Department Thurston Fire Training Center, 890 Valkenburgh Street, Honolulu, Hawaii. A funeral service will follow at 12 p.m.
