It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Fire Fighter/EMT Timothy Bertz, IAFF 5th District Local 21 –Saint Paul, Minnesota. Brother Bertz, 52, passed away on Dec. 22, 2025 after suffering a medical emergency.



A memorial service will take place on Monday, Dec. 29 at Maranatha Church - 24799 Forest Blvd N, Forest Lake, Minnesota 55025.
